Process

Some folks enjoy seeing the steps of the artistic process.
For those few people, here is a side-by-side view of the original script for page 74 of "Tales of the Emerald Yeti" and the finished page.

Surgery

Hey gang-

Kenn Minter here. I'm having surgery on my spine this coming Monday. I have a herniated disc that has been causing me great pain for about 6 months. I'm having a procedure called a Lumbar Microdiscectomy.

As far as healing time goes ... I don't know what to expect. I don't know if I'll be up to making art or not for awhile. So, there may be a little longer time span till you see the next page of the Emerald Yeti story.

I'm just going to take things one day at a time ... And see what happens. Wish me luck.

Thanks,
Kenn

What I've been working on ...

Sorry about the lack of "Tales of the Emerald Yeti" stuff on the page recently. I've been busy creating a multi-caricature piece for someone at the day job. This piece will be presented to him at his retirement party tomorrow. It took a while to complete.
More Yeti stuff real soon.

Zombie Joker

I found this zombie Joker drawing I did a few years ago ... and I always meant to color it ... so, I did!

Batman enjoys a snack

I've always liked the goofy 1950s/1960s representation of Batman and that's about the only version of him I ever draw.
